Return and Refund Policy

We expect your wreath to reach you in perfect condition, but as it is made with living ingredients, this cannot be guaranteed. If you feel that your wreath is not in perfect condition, please contact Marion directly on 07900 412516 or [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt, to arrange return and a full refund.

If you decide that you have changed your mind after the wreath has been posted, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Your intention to return due to a change of heart must be notified to The Little Flower Studio no later than 24 hours after receiving the wreath. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer must pay for postage/delivery costs incurred.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receipt.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Marion MacDonald, The Little Flower Studio, 2 Shipton Hall Cottages, Shipton, Much Wenlock, Shropshire, TF13 6LA United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
